Added two parameters to the [i4w_webform] shortcode,usegetdata and usepostdata, designed to enable an Infusionsoft webform to be automatically populated based on data received by way of POST or GET data.

Used in conjunction with other shortcodes, such as [i4w_ifpost], a two-step form process can be created through which a contact ID or Email can be entered in one HTML form and populated in a second step.
