Tag-Based Pricing
Offer personalized product prices based on customer’s Keap contact tags.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Tag-based pricing allows you to display different prices to different customers based on their Keap tags. This enables:
- Member discounts – Offer lower prices to members
- Loyalty pricing – Reward repeat customers with better rates
- Tiered pricing – Different prices for different membership levels
- Wholesale pricing – Special prices for wholesale customers
- VIP pricing – Exclusive deals for VIP contacts
Enable Tag-Based Pricing
Section titled “Enable Tag-Based Pricing”-
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Integrations → iMember360.

Find Number of alternate tag-based prices.

Select the number of alternate prices you want to offer (1-9).

Click Save Changes.
Configure Product Prices
Section titled “Configure Product Prices”Once enabled, additional price fields appear in the product editor.
Simple Products
Section titled “Simple Products”-
Edit a product.

Go to Product Data → General.

You’ll see new fields for each alternate price:
- Alternate Price 1 – Price field
- Alternate Price 1 Tags – Tags that qualify for this price

Enter the alternate price and select the required tags.
Variable Products
Section titled “Variable Products”For variable products, alternate prices can be set per variation:

Edit a variable product.

Go to Product Data → Variations.

Expand a variation.

Configure alternate prices and tags for that specific variation.
How Pricing Works
Section titled “How Pricing Works”When a logged-in customer views a product:

iMember360 checks if the customer’s Keap contact has any of the alternate price tags.

If multiple alternate prices match, the lowest price is displayed.

If no alternate prices match, the regular price is shown.

The correct price is applied at checkout.

Best Practices

Use clear tag names – Make it obvious which tags affect pricing (e.g., “VIP Pricing”, “Wholesale”)

Test thoroughly – Verify prices display correctly for each tag combination

Document your pricing tiers – Keep track of which tags unlock which prices

Consider display – Customers see the lowest applicable price; make sure this creates the experience you want
