Modified I4WContext Widget to enable filtering by tag ID’s (CSV).

BUGFIX:

Corrected an inconsistency in excerpt behavior affecting themes that use “the_excerpt()” rather than the WP recommended “the_content()” or “get_the_excerpt()”.
