Support emails are received through Microsoft 365 and processed in LiveAgent as support tickets. You do not need to create a LiveAgent account in order to contact us. Replies sent through our helpdesk are delivered to you by email.

If you purchase a subscription through the Websites, we collect the information necessary to process your order, manage the customer relationship, and provide billing and subscription administration. This may include:

Checkout data is stored in Keap, which we use for customer relationship management, order management, and subscription administration.

Payments are processed through Keap using Authorize.net (A VISA Solution) as the payment gateway. Payment card information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored on our Website servers.
