Product Settings

Configure Keap actions for individual WooCommerce products in the Product Data → iMember360 tab.

  1. Go to Products in your WordPress admin.

  2. Edit a product.

  3. Scroll down to Product Data.

  4. Click the iMember360 tab.

Select an existing Keap product to link with this WooCommerce product.

OptionDescription
Keap productSelect a product from Keap that this WooCommerce product represents. Used when syncing orders to Keap invoices.

Select tags to assign when this specific product is in an abandoned cart. These are added in addition to the global abandoned cart tags.

Abandoned cart tagsTags to add when a logged-in contact abandons a cart containing this product.

Configure actions to trigger when a customer purchases this product.

Add “SKU” tagAutomatically create and add a tag using this product’s SKU.
Add “product tags”Create and add tags using this product’s WooCommerce product tags.
Add “product categories”Create and add tags using this product’s WooCommerce category names.

Achieve goalEnter a goal name to achieve in Keap campaigns on purchase.
Assign tagsSelect tags to add to contacts when they purchase this product.
Remove tagsSelect tags to remove from contacts when they purchase this product.

Configure actions to trigger when a customer receives a refund for this product.

Run actionsetsSelect Keap actionsets to run when this product is refunded.
Achieve goalEnter a goal name to achieve in Keap campaigns on refund.
Assign tagsSelect tags to add to contacts on refund.
Remove tagsSelect tags to remove from contacts on refund.

For variable products, you can configure iMember360 settings for each variation individually.

  1. Go to the Variations tab in Product Data.

  2. Expand a variation.

  3. Scroll down to find the iMember360 settings.

Each variation can have its own:

  • Abandoned cart tags
  • Assign tags on purchase
  • Remove tags on purchase
  • Run actionsets on purchase
  • Achieve goal on purchase
