Coupon Settings
Configure Keap actions for individual WooCommerce coupons in the Coupon Data → iMember360 tab.
Accessing Coupon Settings
Section titled “Accessing Coupon Settings”-
Go to Marketing → Coupons in your WordPress admin.

Edit a coupon (or create a new one).

Scroll down to Coupon Data.

Click the iMember360 tab.
Settings Reference
Section titled “Settings Reference”| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Coupon tag name | When checked, a tag is created and added to contacts using this coupon’s code as the tag name. |
| Assign tags | Select tags to add to contacts when they use this coupon. |
| Remove tags | Select tags to remove from contacts when they use this coupon. |
| Run actionsets | Select Keap actionsets to run when a contact uses this coupon. |
Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”Track Coupon Usage
Section titled “Track Coupon Usage”Enable “Coupon tag name” to automatically tag contacts with the coupon code they used. This helps you:
- Identify which promotions are most effective
- Segment customers by the offers they responded to
- Prevent reuse of one-time offers
Promotional Campaigns
Section titled “Promotional Campaigns”Assign tags when specific coupons are used to trigger follow-up campaigns:

Create a coupon code “WELCOME20”

Configure: Assign tag “Used Welcome Offer”

In Keap, create a campaign triggered by the “Used Welcome Offer” tag

Send a follow-up sequence thanking them for their first purchase
Affiliate Tracking
Section titled “Affiliate Tracking”Use coupon codes to track affiliate referrals:

Create unique coupon codes for each affiliate

Configure: Run an actionset that credits the affiliate

Assign a tag identifying the referral source
Membership Upgrades
Section titled “Membership Upgrades”Remove lower-tier tags when upgrade coupons are used:

Create a coupon “UPGRADE50” for membership upgrades

Configure: Remove “Basic Member” tag, Add “Premium Member” tag

Run an actionset to update the contact’s membership level in Keap
