Users can’t login – Check passwords, tags, and duplicate accounts.
Verify that passwords are set in Keap, membership tags are applied, and there are no duplicate contacts or WordPress users with the same email address.

This message always means the user doesn’t have any of the membership tags required on the site. Check your membership tag configuration.
View AnswerI can’t login as a WordPress admin – Email address conflict with Keap contact.
As a security precaution, iMember360 doesn’t allow Keap contacts to login using the same email address as an admin user. Change either the contact’s or admin’s email to resolve.

Yes, iMember360 can capture existing passwords during migration using a special configuration. Passwords are stored in Keap after the user’s first login.

A number of PHP notices and warnings appear on screen – Another plugin may be causing this.
iMember360 turns error display off by default. If you see PHP notices, they’re likely from another plugin that initializes first. Configure error reporting in php.ini.

Shortcodes can be entered as lower, upper, or camel case. Ensure your shortcodes are spelled correctly.

iMember360 has two maintenance screens: one with a login link (licensing issue) and one without (update in progress). Contact support for licensing issues.

CloudFlare may block HTTP POSTs from Keap. Add Keap IP addresses to your CloudFlare Trust List and configure Page Rules to allow webhooks through.

Contact information is cached. Use HTTP POST webhooks or configure automatic cache refresh intervals in Plugin Options to keep data synchronized.
