Keap Surveys

Keap surveys can be used to gather intelligence about a member’s interests and preferences. They are an effective way to identify which products will most interest your members, or to guide the development of new products and content based directly on the audience you already serve.

Whatever their purpose, the survey should be short and engaging in order to get the most completions — visitors are far more likely to finish a focused three-question survey than a long, exhaustive questionnaire.

How To Build A Survey

To create a survey on your iMEMBER360 site you use the [i4w_survey] shortcode, which lets you specify the questions, the available answers, and the actions to run on completion of the survey.

Answers can be presented as either single-choice (radio buttons) or multiple-choice (checkboxes), depending on whether you want one definitive response per question or to allow members to select several options at once.

Per-Response Actions

For each individual response you can:

  • run an action set
  • add a tag to the contact
  • add the contact to a follow-up sequence

This means every survey doubles as a segmentation tool: as soon as a member chooses an answer, their Keap record is updated and the appropriate follow-up campaign begins automatically.
