Content Protection

Restrict WordPress content based on Keap tags

iMEMBER360 turns Keap tags into WordPress membership access rules. You define membership levels from your Keap tags, then choose who can see each protected page, post, custom post type, menu item, or shortcode-wrapped section.

There are three common access states on an iMEMBER360 site:

  1. public access (not logged in)
  2. member access after login, based on Keap tags and membership levels
  3. admin access after login

Members log in through WordPress, but the access decision is made from the Keap contact record. If a campaign applies, removes, or changes a membership tag, WordPress can reflect that access change without rebuilding a second membership database.

iMEMBER360 supports practical protection patterns including:

  • site-wide protection
  • page, post and supported custom post type protection
  • section protection using shortcodes such as tag-based show/hide rules
  • feed protection
  • optional excerpt exposure — good for SEO and conversion
  • gradual content release after member signup
  • Amazon S3 signed links for protected downloads where short-lived URLs are appropriate
