The iMEMBER360 Customer Portal gives members a branded account area on your own WordPress site. Depending on your configuration, members can interact with profile details, billing or card-update tools, subscription-related screens, downloads, and resources unlocked by their current Keap tags.

Wired into Keap end-to-end

The portal is designed to keep account activity tied to the Keap contact record. Supported fields, card-update forms, subscription actions, and member resources can live inside the same WordPress experience instead of sending members to a generic admin screen.

Tag-driven content access

The same Keap tags that power your content protection rules drive what each member sees on their portal home. Premium tier members see premium downloads and resources; entry-tier members see an upgrade nudge. No duplicated content trees — just one site, segmented by tag.
