Keap-Native Membership Setup

iMEMBER360 is easiest when your membership logic already lives in Keap. Define the tags that represent access, connect the WordPress site, then protect the right pages and sections from the editor.

There are advanced options for complex sites, but the core setup mirrors the way Keap users already think: a contact receives a tag, and that tag controls what the member can access.

Two Tags Become A Membership Level

Membership levels are built from Keap tags. For example, a Gold tag can grant access to Gold content, while a matching payment-failure tag can suspend access when your Keap billing automation applies it. The access rule remains readable to marketers and traceable in the CRM.

The Content Protection Panel

Then it is a matter of using the easy Content Protection Panel in the Page Editor to protect each post and, if you are drip-feeding your content, decide after how many days the content is available. The panel sits alongside the standard editor in WordPress, so the workflow feels familiar to anyone who has ever published a blog post.

For most users, the job is done and dusted at this point.

Power-User Options When You Need Them

However, the content protection panel has some other options which can be useful on specific pages:

  • Post excerpts only available to members
  • Hide from everyone except administrators
  • Hide from members and show to the public
  • Show or hide based on specific tags — good for one-time offers (see Conditionals)
  • Show or hide based on contact — good for highly personalised content

Works With Your Page Builder

iMEMBER360 integrates natively with the page builder you already use, so the visual editing experience never breaks. You can place protected blocks, member-only sections, and conditional content using the same drag-and-drop tools you know — including Elementor, Bricks, Beaver Builder, Oxygen, Thrive Architect, Cornerstone, and the WP Block Editor.

No Developer Required

Where you do want finer control, iMEMBER360 exposes simple shortcodes that you drop into a page just like any WordPress shortcode — no PHP edits, no theme modifications. The combination of sensible defaults, the protection panel, and shortcodes means a marketer can build and run the entire membership site without ever touching code.
