Keap as the membership automation engine

iMEMBER360 is designed for membership businesses that already use Keap to run campaigns, manage contacts, apply tags, and trigger follow-up. Instead of separating marketing automation from membership access, Keap can drive the rules that WordPress uses to show or hide protected content.

Core automation patterns

  • New member access: apply the membership tag, create the WordPress user, and send login details.
  • Payment failure: remove the active membership tag, apply the payment-failure tag, and notify the member.
  • Payment recovery: remove the payment-failure tag, restore the membership tag, and confirm access.
  • Upgrade or downgrade: swap the old membership tag for the new one and show the correct tier content.
  • Drip release: release protected pages or posts after configured days or weeks.
  • On-site behavior: use visits or member actions to apply tags or run action sets where configured.

Why tags work well for automation

Tags are flexible enough to describe access, purchases, failures, cohorts, interests, completion state, and lifecycle steps. When those tags live in Keap, campaigns can change them as the customer relationship changes, and iMEMBER360 can use them for the WordPress membership experience.

Automation plus personalization

Keap membership automation is not only about granting or removing access. It also helps personalize the logged-in experience. A member can see different resources, offers, navigation, lessons, or calls to action based on tags, fields, dates, roles, and saved conditionals.
